VSC Steak Sauce

A distinctive, tangy and herbaceous condiment often served alongside our steaks at Vine Street Cafe. This sauce also works well with lamb, poultry and pork. We recommend using it as a marinade, dipping sauce, as a base for vinaigrette or to improve other sauces.
