In our kitchens and at our bar, Vine Street Café makes everything from scratch using the highest quality and freshest ingredients available. Chef Terry grows many herbs and heirloom vegetables that support our sustainable approach to recipe development and business practices. Our local farmers, fishermen, purveyors, and winemakers add their bounty to help influence our seasonal menus.
Lisa and Chef Terry Harwood own the restaurant and are life partners, driven by a passion for detail and an unparalleled hands-on approach since opening back in 2003. Raising their family on Shelter Island while nurturing a year-round staff, our customers have come to feel like part of the extended family, making Vine Street Café an exceptional destination on the East End of Long Island.
