Our Community

Vine Street Cafe proudly supports our local community and gives back whenever possible to such organizations as the Shelter Island Lion's Club and it's annual Snapper Derby. As well as the historic Sylvester Manor and its events including "Plant and Sing", Movie night and Shakespeare in the Manor. The Perlman Music Program annual fund raisers help support children with budding talents in the arts throughout the year. This event includes music from students & professionals paired with local fare. The Shelter Island Annual 10K race "Revelry on the Rock" is a party worth the sweat and should not be missed. Off the island we love participating in The South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center annual gala, Benefiting SoFo's educational & environmental programs & initiatives, SOFO NHM&NC.
